Wall∙E, The Review

WALL∙E

From A N B K

Rated G

This last Friday we went for a family movie to see Wall∙E. I know, I know, Wall∙E came a long time ago. We went to the "cheap seats" in Logan. We had heard a lot of good things about this movie. The reason we didn't go see it before was that it just didn't sound like it was up our alley

Well we will probably be publicly flayed for saying this. But we should have trusted our instincts. Neither Natalie, or I, thought this movie was very good. Now don't get me wrong this movie was animated exceptionally. We just didn't like the path that it took, it felt like Pixar hit a foul ball when we are used to home runs.

There were parts of this movie that I thought were funny. I am not holding back on spoilers since I am pretty sure we were the last people on the planet to see this movie. I liked how the human race degenerated to the point that they were so fat and lazy that they floated around on their portable La Z Boy chairs. I think that was Pixar's way of saying where the human race is headed if they maintain their level of laziness.

This movie isn't one we are too concerned with adding to our video library. It just wasn't up our cup of tea. Were sorry if you disagree, but if you do....... oh well.

(Natalie's stars have been modified to reflect her opinion, I listed her opinion as 2 stars, but I was informed that 2 stars was to much)
